These are some of the common areas of the house that everyone will be able to enjoy.
Kitchen

Large kitchen with Lenga wood furniture, a central table and everything necessary to enjoy in group.

Dining Room
A dining room with armchairs and a large table for the whole family.
Living room with fireplace

A small living room but very cozy, with an indoor fireplace to enjoy a good wine or a book watching the Patagonian fire.
Bar - Living

The 1st floor has a bar and a large living room to enjoy with friends and with quick access to the inner courtyard. It has a guest bathroom.
Inner Courtyard

One of the most distinctive features of the place, is its inner courtyard, with trees, green grass with a fire pit to make a bonfire and enjoy with friends.

Terrace 2nd Floor
A terrace on the second floor which connects to the Paio Exterior. Special to take some air, chat with friends and with immediate access to the kitchen.
Washing Room

We have a room/bathroom that has a dryer, washing machine and the toilet section of the house.
Inside parking

Parking inside the house, so you can store your vehicles safely. It comes with a remote control to open an close the door.
